Donor Insemination Agreements

Do you want to have a baby with sperm donated by a friend?  Or donate your sperm to someone you know so she can conceive a child?

Because the law does not recognize sperm donors, it is important that the donor and the bio-mother have a written agreement outlining the rights and responsibilities of the parent or parents to be, and of the donor.

Making it Easier

Call us for an appointment. We will send you an information sheet to complete. If the sperm donor and the bio-mother agree to providing the information, it is easy for us to draft an agreement for you.
