Canada has imposed a new rule for anyone flying (not driving, swimming, or boating) to Canada.
It used to be that some countries required a visa; others did not, and citizens from visa -exempt countries only required their passports.
But now, citizens of visa-exempt countries have to apply online for a $7 Electronic Travel Authoization if they are going to fly here.
